Here are our Halloween pics and other fun pics I have taken over the last little while. We had a fun Halloween and are looking forward to the upcoming holidays. Lexi had her 2 month check up today and is doing great! She weighs in at a whopping 11 and a half pounds and is growing good. She had shots and I always hate that. She did ok though. Lukas also had a shot today cuz he went in for his 3 yr check up. He didnt even cry when they gave him the shot. He was so brave! Hopefully we dont have a bad night with high temps and soreness due to shots. Wish us luck! Well, enjoy all our cute pictures!

A Special Day

Our sweet little girl was blessed yesturday and it was a really good day. Brian gave a really nice blessing and she was a little angel all day. (She usually is a little angel all the time but I guess she just looked the part in her white dress.) My mom gave us her little dress and it is beautiful!!! My mom is the best!! We had some family and friends come and after church we had a little luncheon at our house. I was a little nervous about fitting all those people in our little house but it worked out just fine. Lukas had a blast running and playing with his cousins. Here are a few pictures of Lexi's big day. Isnt she just a precious little thing?! It truly was a special day and we couldnt love our two kids any more. They really are our sweet little angels from heaven.

A Weekend Gettaway!!!

About a week and a half ago, we decided to just take a little weekend trip to Salt Lake City. We kinda decided on the spur of the moment so we didnt plan too much which was nice because we mostly just wanted to relax anyway. We went to Temple Square and took some pics out there. It was such a nice day and Lukas always loves looking at the temple. He kept asking if he could go in so he was kinda bummed that he couldnt but I think he had a good time anyway. (just keep in mind that I still have baby fat to lose so I dont look too wonderful in these pictures. I look like a chunky monkey. hee hee)

We were able to meet up with my sister, Candace and her two kids to go to the Dinosaur museum in Thanksgiving Point. Lukas LOVED it! He loved running around with his cousin, Parker, and they did alot of laughing. Those two boys are so cute!!!

They have a place with sand where the kids can dig for dino bones and I think Lukas liked this part the best. I bet him and Parker could have spent the whole day there just digging away.

Lukas wasnt too sure about these big sharks at first. But as long as he was on his daddy's shoulders, he seemed to be just fine. I dont blame him...they were kinda scary looking.

Here is Kambri meeting Lexi for the first time. I think they will be good buddies someday. They seemed to stare eachother down pretty good. Just planning some trouble they will get into together someday I am sure.

They also had this area where kids can play in sand and water and build things out of the sand. They got kinda dirty but hey, they are boys. You gotta let them get a little dirty every now and then right?

And last but not least... my precious little girl. She is getting so big and packing on the chubbs. She is getting some nice chubby cheeks and thighs. She is already 6 weeks old and I want her to stay little forever! But I am really enjoying her and she is just such a happy little baby. She is smiling some now and it is just the best when whe looks up at you and smiles. She is getting blessed on Sunday so I will post some pics of her in beautiful blessing dress soon!!!!

Baby Love

Our little girl is 3 weeks old today! Can you believe it? It is so crazy. It seems like we have always had her but at the same time it seems like yesturday I was in the hospital seeing her for the first time. She is such a sweetheart. We love her so much and just adore her. (Sorry some of the pictures are turned the wrong way. I am just too lazy to turn them. ) I know I am slow at posting these recent pics but sleep for me hasnt been the best lately and so I just havent felt like bloggin much. We are doing better though so I will try to keep up on this thing a little better. I just wanted to show off some more baby pics because she is just so stinkin' cute. Enjoy!

Lukas had a birthday!

Well my little guy turned 3 on August 31. I cant believe he is that old allready. He had a pretty good day. We got him a little teeball set and he likes to hit the ball around. We took him to McDonalds for lunch and he got to pick out a dinosaur cake at the store. For dinner, my parents and Brian's parents and our grandma's came. My parents gave Lukas a ukulele and it is his favorite thing. He loves guitars and so this was the perfect gift. He even played it while we sang happy birthday to him. It was pretty cute. I know I am behind on posting about his b-day but I thought I should still do it. We love our little guy so much. He is so fun. He loves his little sister so much and just attacks her with kisses all the time. He is a good little helper too. He likes to bring me diapers and stuff. It is nice to have a good little helper. Also, we found out that his eyesight is going bad again in his left eye so we are back to the eye patch for a while. (I hate those things!)
He is doing so good though and keeping it on. I just feel bad for him cause I know I would hate wearing one of those all the time. But it will help him so we just do it I guess. We sure love our Lukas!!!!!!

She is Here!!!

Finally I have a few minutes to put some pictures on here of our little girl. She was born on Tuesday at 3:15p.m. and weighed 6 lbs 4 oz and is 19 1/2 inches long. We named her LEXI ELLEN. She is such a good baby and a good little eater. And of course we think she is the cutest little girl ever.
I got started at 11:00am and got my water broke at 1:00pm. Contractions started hitting hard and fast. Got epidural at about 2:15pm and shortly after that I felt her coming out! Seriously. She was coming out and I felt like I had to push. The nurse checked me and was very surprized cause she was ready to come. She hurried and called the Dr. and I didnt think the dr. was going to make it. The nurse kept telling me to just take big breaths and not to push. The dr. walked in and a few minutes later.... she came out. It was so fast that it was a blur. The best part....... the epidural didnt have time to kick in all the way so it hurt like you know what. So, I am glad that it was fast and she was little cause that was VERY VERY painful. I kept yelling that I didnt think I could do it. But all is well now. She is healthy and we are home and life is great. (That is just a quick version of our little story.) So here are some pics of our little Lexi. Enjoy!! (And yes, Lukas absolutley adores her.)

The Plan

So not much going on around here lately. I am just feeling really ready to have this baby. But we are planning on inducing on Tuesday. YEAH!!! So hopefully by Tuesday we will have our little girl. That is CrAzY!!!!!! I am ready but at the same time it is weird to think that in a few days she will be here. I am only dialated to a 2 (as of Thursday) so I hope that doesnt mean it will take forever to induce her. But with Lukas I was only at a 1 when we induced so I am farther along then I was with him. But today I have been feeling some off and on contractions so hopefully my body is getting ready because I FEEL READY!!! Lukas asks me like 10 times a day if she has come out yet. So I think he is pretty anxious too. We will post pictures of the little one has soon as we can!!! Wish me Luck!!!
